Where can I ride?

You can ride on a electric bicycle in the red area (you can see it in the map on the website). Return bike is possible in the same virtual station (for free) where you rent the ebike.

I can not rent a bike

It is possible that the bike you have selected has a low battery level and is waiting for a replacement or has another technical problem. Try to borrow another bike nearby or call a customer line.

I can not return the bike

First check in the app if you are not in the red zone. If not, check if you are in an open-air location within GSM range.

If the bike still does not return, contact the customer service.
